DIRECT APPLICATION PROCESS

Employers who are eligible and able to meet the standard criteria set by the Ministry pf Human Resources, Malaysia (KSM) will only be granted a direct approval for foreign workers quota. In addressing the recruitment process procedures, EXELITE have extensively experience in all aspects of recruitment related task:
- Application of foreign workers:
Document preparation for registration of online portals, preparation for application via online with MYFUTUREJOBS & FWCMS, liaise with the Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia (KSM) and with the nearest branch Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK).
- Search of eligibility workers:
To recruit to satisfy the needs of our respective clients and providing workers with medically-fit workers free from sickness such as STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease) infected workers, other contagious diseases and mentally ill which may affect the workers’ productivity and that of the company. Besides that, we strive to provide and recruit good character and integrity workers, to that effect by going through investigation on the workers backgrounds with Police and Immigration assistance.
- Application of calling visa/ E-VDR:
Prepare documents for online submission application with FWCMS portal, forms and files, liaise with The Immigration Department of Malaysia or its state office for collection of calling visa.
- Attestation and endorsements:
Provide assistance for documents preparation and compilation, obtaining Attestation and endorsements from the related authorities such as Notary Public, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Translations, Source Country of Embassy and etc.
- Arrangement of process in source country:
Obtaining approval from Labour department in source country, Entry Visa from Malaysia Embassy, arranging for deployment of workers to Malaysia.
- Arrival of workers
Assistance for clearance of workers from the entry point and transportation from entry point to accommodation or workplace.
- After arrival of foreign workers:
Arrange for the worker’s FOMEMA medical registration, arrange of FWHS coverage, work permit application with Immigration department, assist client on the submission of arrival notice to the Human Resources Department – JTK.

FEES & CHARGES

The Fees and Charges Structure per worker
The Fees and Charges are compulsory by the Malaysian Government Law that required for the employment of foreign workers and yearly renewal. The payment shall be made to “Ketua Pengarah Imigresen Malaysia” payment via online or Debit/Credit card. Other Fees required payable to “Fomema Sdn Bhd” for the workers Medical Examination of RM 180.00 per worker for Male and RM 190.00 per worker for Female respectively. Insurance Guarantee, Foreign Workers Hospitalization Surgical Scheme are also compulsory under the Worker’s Compensation Act 1952. These charges are subjected to the Employer’s preference of Insurance Panel’s services provider. Foreign Workmen Compensation Scheme has been replaced by PERKESO contribution and is mandatory for foreign workers.

Attestation, Endorsement and Documentation
The Employment Contract, Agreement, Letter of Demand, Power of Attorney and other related documents is required to be submitted to the Embassy/ Labour Section of the Source Country in Malaysia for attestation, whereas the endorsement of related documents must be made through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Labour Department of Malaysia, Certified Translator and Notary Public in Malaysia.
